Stevens 470 hosted the first in a series of Coffee Hours at our Westfield studio. The Coffee Hours are informal discussions on current marketing and web development topics and include coffee and a light breakfast. The July 8th Coffee Hour “How is your website doing?” focused on the role of your website in your marketing success. The topics discussed over breakfast included: the features that make an effective website, today’s web standards, and methods for driving traffic to your website. We shared ideas and information and Justin and I answered specific web marketing questions.
Stevens 470 works closely with The Arbors Assisted Living Communities to develop and manage their corporate identity and collateral material. Recent ads and postcards were developed to promote awareness of their assisted living facilities and all the amenities available. The latest campaign highlights the independent and active side of living at The Arbors.
I have worked with Shriners Hospital in Springfield for fifteen years and I am very proud of that relationship. The organization, the patients, and the staff are all exceptional people to know and work with. I went to the press conference on Friday just so I could be there when the official announcement was made that the hospital will remain open and will continue in its mission to provide exceptional orthopaedic pediatric care at no cost to the children or their families.
I cannot resist a farmers market for all of the obvious reasons. They’re full of fresh and colorful plants and vegetables, the people are friendly and there is an intriguing sense of activity about them. When I see all that garden splendor I feel the need to get in there and see what is available. I may not need a plant, or even plan to cook anything, but I am still compelled to walk through and take a look.

Stevens 470 recently worked with Hogan Communications to develop a marketing campaign that acknowledged Sean and Andy’s commitment to area businesses and to the communities they serve. The campaign includes a billboard that conveys Hogan Communications’ ability to supply all your business technology needs, with personal service and attention to detail.
Tina Stevens and Justin Friend of Stevens 470 will be presenting a seminar "Creating and Maintaining a Successful Website," at Westfield State College on March 3, 2009, sponsored by the Greater Westfield Chamber of Commerce. The seminar will discuss topics on website design and function, pushing and pulling web traffic, tracking website activity and new web technologies.
