www.myonlinechamber.orgThe Affiliated Chambers of Commerce of Greater Springfield, (ACCGS). is a business association representing seven affiliate Chambers and nearly 1,600 businesses of all sizes, industry and profession in the Western Massachusetts area. Being a leader for information and technology in their area, the (ACCGS) came to Stevens Design Studio looking for a website that promoted them in the same way.
The website features a members directory to easily search for the 1600 Chamber Members, an online events calendar with an option to purchase tickets for that event and online shopping tool for member signups and other Chamber services.
The Chamber website is built on a powerful Content Management System (CMS) that allows ACCGS to update their website through an easy-to-use text editor. They can easily update pages, create content and manage both front-end and back-end users to their site. The site is both front-end and back-end accessible to people with disabilities and is written to meet XHTML standards set by the W3C (The World Wide Web Consortium), allowing it to be accessed by more people using a wide variety of systems.
